Spanish born, Gemma Gené’s hyperrealistic paintings focus on wrapped objects, foil balloons and oversized every day objects with reflective surfaces. Gené previously obtained an architecture degree at La Salle University in Barcelona, Spain followed by her Masters in advanced architectural design at Columbia University. She now resides in Los Angeles working as a full time artist.
